Write from the email address your account is registered with, so we can find it. We are in India, five and a half hours ahead of London in winter and four and a half in summer, and reply from there. The business is not registered in any trade register, and is not registered for UK VAT. The software is not an accountancy service, and no advice is given.

Forgotten your sign-in password?

Email support@miniaccounts.uk from the address you registered with. We will send you a one-time reset code, valid for 24 hours; enter it with the new password you want.

We can reset your sign-in password. We cannot reset the password that encrypts your books; only your recovery code can do that.

Subscribing or renewing

Sign in on this website, choose a plan and email support@miniaccounts.uk. We send the bank details for a transfer, or arrange another way to pay, and switch the plan on by hand, usually the same working day. Say which of the two plans — with payroll and CIS, or without. The price shown is the whole price: no UK VAT is added to it. Mini Accounts is supplied from India; a VAT-registered practice or business accounts for the VAT on it under the reverse charge in its own return.

A complaint

Tell Kulwinder Singh, the proprietor, at the same address or telephone number. We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and answer it within 7 days. How complaints are handled.

We hold your business or practice name, email, mobile and subscription status. A practice’s client books are not uploaded. A business that turns on cloud storage keeps its books with us as ciphertext, encrypted on its own device before they leave, which we cannot read.
Mini Accounts prepares figures for you to check and file, and is not connected with HMRC or Companies House (Disclaimer). It is supplied from India, and no UK VAT is added to its prices; a VAT-registered practice or business accounts for the VAT on it under the reverse charge in its own return.
