UK and India in one tool. Your clients' books stay encrypted in a folder on your own computer — they are never uploaded, and we could not read them if they were.
Email cakulwinder.singh@gmail.com from the address you registered with. We will send you a one-time reset code, valid for 24 hours. Enter it below with the new password you want.
We never send you a working password, because we never have one — your browser does the hard part of the hashing and we only ever receive the result. We can reset your sign-in password. We cannot reset the password that encrypts your books; only your recovery code can do that.
Preparation, not filing. Read that sentence again before you buy — see the note at the bottom.
UK chart of accounts, VAT return, capital allowances, corporation tax and self assessment computations. Indian chart of accounts, GSTR-3B and portal reconciliation, depreciation blocks, and the income tax computation with MAT credit and unabsorbed depreciation carried forward. Nothing else on the market does both.
Every ledger, bank statement and trial balance is written to a folder you choose on your own machine, encrypted with a password only you hold. Our servers store your email, your mobile, your practice name and whether you have paid. A breach here exposes a mailing list, not one client's books.
A client register with deadlines — accounts, corporation tax, confirmation statements, VAT quarters, Indian GST and ITR dates — sorted and searchable without unlocking anybody's books.
Register and it starts immediately — no card, nothing to cancel. When the month is up the software stops opening, but your folder is untouched and subscribing reopens it exactly as you left it. Prices are in your own currency.
A subscription keeps your rate tables current — every Budget and every Finance Act reaches you the next morning, rather than in an email with a new file attached.
It prepares; it does not file. Mini Accounts produces the figures and the summaries. It is not HMRC-recognised MTD software, it does not submit iXBRL to Companies House, and it is not connected to the Indian portals. You file through whatever you file through today, from figures this gives you.
Chromium browsers only. Chrome, Edge, Brave, Vivaldi. Safari and Firefox lack the browser capability the whole design rests on.
